Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Biddings

INVITATION TO BID FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT UNDER TWO FAILED BIDDINGS FOR THE Room Accommodation with Meals and Snacks for 3 Days on Maternal Nutrition Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies

Approved Budget for the Contract: P151,200.00

The Municipal Government of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte, intends to apply the sum of P151,200.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of the Room Accommodation with Meals and Snacks for 3 Days on Maternal Nutrition Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposal.

In view of two (2) consecutive failed public biddings, the Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now calls for the submission of bids for those invited bidders for the Room Accommodation with Meals and Snacks for 3 Days on Maternal Nutrition Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies.

Bid Opening shall be on November 20, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at BAC Office, 2nd Floor, RTR Municipal Building. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

The Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
